Hi Y'all. New to the forum andwould like to to say thanks for any anticipated help given!

Basically, I have a dnn site with SysDataNet Store running as the ecommerce module. I've developed a custom skin which has previously run fine across 2 versions of DNN.

Due to the solpart menu's inadequancues we decided to change over and use Housemenu 1.4 beta. This solution, though better then solpart, did not work correctly in ie7 (hover issue). Upgrade to Housemenu2 and 99% of the issue dissapeared.

We've now noticed that the dnn modules "editing" icons that allow the user to access the settings and edit the modules contents have now dissapeared?

My question is, is this an already known issue? And what are the bare minimum styles required for the housemenu2 to run properly?

I've noticed that the menu comes with 3 style sheets. Obviously the styles in these sheets have effected the native styles, thus my problem has occured.

I have not encountered the problems you describe. HouseMenu 2 currently only replaces the main site navigation system; it does not interact with the module actions menu at all (which is a container skinobject).
