You will need a tablespoon of lemon juice and common sugar, you must mix these ingredients and apply them on the face, previously washed. Extend the scrub with gentle massage for 15 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water.

Its preparation is very simple and you only need two tablespoons of oatmeal and the same amount of honey. 

Mix both ingredients until they form a smooth paste and let it rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. After this time mix again to homogenize the paste.

Regarding its application, it is recommended to do it at night before going to sleep, apply the mixture on the face or in the driest areas, making circular and deep movements. Leave on for 20 minutes and finally rinse with plenty of warm water.

Peelings are characterized by being rich in fruit acids and offer cell renewal in the deepest layers of the skin, unlike the exfoliation that occurs in the outer layers of the dermis. Although it is a treatment carried out in aesthetic clinics, you can also prepare a peeling with cucumber pulp at home. 

This natural exfoliant has moisturizing and astringent properties. To prepare it you must use half a cucumber without skin and without seeds, egg white and lemon juice.

Mix the ingredients into a smooth paste and apply this homemade exfoliating mask all over your face and neck, leaving it on for 10 minutes. Then, rinse with lukewarm water to remove all residue and, finally, rinse with cold water. To complete the routine apply a moisturizer.

Now, if your skin has reddened areas or is easily irritated, you should do a test on the inside of the wrist before applying any natural or cosmetic product. Therefore, you also need to use an exfoliant for sensitive skin that helps calm redness and moisturizes. So, in this case it is advisable to consult a dermatologist.
