In the same way, it is suitable to be used as part of the ingredients of your ice creams, mousse, fruit desserts, granitas, among many others. Of course, you will have to be careful in the amount to incorporate, since this distillate could end up stealing all the prominence of the recipe to be prepared, and that is not what we want.

You will need a kilo of fresh shrimp previously prepared, that is, without skin. You will also have to prepare a chicken broth, chop green onions, extract the juice of a lemon, have on hand chili powder, pepper, sour cream and, of course, our special ingredient, which is tequila.
Once all these ingredients have been collected, you must select a large pot and pour the chicken broth, the tablespoon of lemon, the onion and the ¾ of pepper together with the shrimp to marinate.
To continue, you will have to seal the shrimp in a pan with butter until they turn pink, turn off the heat and add the half cup of tequila, which should be of the reposado type. In this way, it only remains to flame the shrimp for a time no longer than 10 seconds, to finally add the ¾ of sour cream and chili powder.
This is just a small sample of the many uses you can give tequila in any sweet or savory preparation. Of course, you must remember that there are several types of this distillate, so it does not matter if you have one at home that has been rated as the best tequila of the moment, if it is aged or extra aged it will have a much more intense flavor than white. Therefore, you must be careful in the proportions added to the recipes.
