We all like it a lot, but some of us don’t know how to make a cheesecake. This is one of the children’s favorite desserts, but there is no age limit to enjoy it; For this reason, it is worth reviewing an easy recipe to prepare traditional cheesecake, with a salty and toasted touch within how sweet and creamy it usually is.

The safest way to prepare this dessert is in a pan with high walls and a removable base, since the cake can grow a little and come out, causing a disaster in the oven. In addition, it is advisable to line the mold with slightly damp parchment paper, which guarantees that it does not stick, achieving a more professional finish.

At this point, you have to turn on the oven at a temperature of 210 ° C, in this way, it will be hot when you introduce the cake. It is important to mention that in electric ovens we must activate the heat up and down to obtain uniform cooking. Also, it is advisable to remove the Philadelphia cheese from the refrigerator a few minutes before preparation so that it is not too cold.

To start, in a clean and dry bowl, mix the sugar, eggs and cream cheese until you create a homogeneous substance. Then, we must add the flour until fully integrated. The last ingredient is the cream, which is added to continue beating until a smooth but not too runny texture is achieved.

Remember that this is an easy cheesecake to prepare, so if you have done all the steps correctly, the mixture should be ready to fill the mold. It is recommended to bake in the lower part of the oven for 40 minutes, then turn it off and let it rest with the door ajar for 4 hours before serving.

This dessert can be eaten at room temperature, warm and even cold. In addition, it is not necessary to go to a restaurant to combine this easy cheesecake with jam or ice cream, a mixture that the little ones in the house love and can take this dessert to another level.

It is important to mention that this is the Philadelphia cheesecake recipe, but the flavor of this dessert can vary greatly depending on the type of cheese used. If you don’t have that type of cream cheese at home, then you can use ricotta, quark, or burgos. In addition, there are some specialized recipes that include payoyo, blue, goat and even Manchego cheese. As expected, the tart’s acidity and intensity will vary depending on the type of cheese, each time enjoying a totally new experience on the palate.
