The raw material is fundamental when it comes to the preparation of this dish, since it is practically the only ingredient in the recipe; so they must be clean, healthy and good-sized potatoes.

Once selected, they should be washed well with cold water under the tap, it is advisable to remove all traces of soil; which you can do using a brush. When they are clean, proceed to dry them. You have the option of preparing your recipes with potatoes without skin or with skin, according to your preferences.

Likewise, you can cut them into cubes or segments, making 4 longitudinal cuts; You can also roast the potatoes in slices, it all depends on your tastes. The final result will not be affected by how you cut them.

One of the most important parts of preparing this dish is to have a powerful and efficient convection oven that offers good performance. It begins with preheating the device to 200ºC and then inserting the tray with the food.

Bake for 30 minutes, regardless of whether you have prepared the potatoes with skin or without skin. Once the first 15 minutes have passed, you must remove the tray and turn each of the pieces over and then return it to the oven to finish cooking. The idea is that the potatoes are golden on both sides. To verify that they are ready, you can prick them with a fork and check that they have softened.

This dish is served as a side dish accompanied by vegetables or with some chopped fruit. In addition, they can also be baked with melted cheese and served as a main course.
