The ingredients for two people are:

  • 200 grams of minced meat. 
  • 200 grams of pasta or tomato sauce.
  • 1 white onion.
  • Salt.
  • Thyme.
  • Egg. 
  • 200 grams of breadcrumbs.
  • 2 cloves of garlic.

This recipe for meatballs in sauce is one of the simplest you can prepare. To start, sauté the garlic and onion in a pan with oil. When they are golden, remove the pan and reserve.

We continue preparing the meat. Although the recipe is designed to prepare the meatballs with breadcrumbs, if you prefer them without bread, you can remove this ingredient and continue. Now, for the meatballs, place the meat in a large container and season with salt, pepper and thyme, mix everything with your hands until the spices are integrated into the meat. Next, add an egg and mix again, add the onion and garlic and stir again.   • 2 egg yolks.
  • 1 carrot.
  • 3 cherry tomatoes.
  • 1 chives.
  • 1 onion.
  • 1 cube of meat broth.
  • 30 grams of chopped cookies.
  • Salt.
  • Black pepper.
  • Nutmeg.
  • ½ glass of white wine.
  • Olive oil.

For this dish, we will use beef meatballs, since it is a healthier and more flavorful meat. To begin, we prepare the ingredients and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

The first step will be to grate half a carrot and chop a bunch of chives. In a large bowl, mix the minced beef, with the biscuit, the two egg yolks and the vegetables that we just grated. We mix everything well, until we obtain a consistent paste and we will shape the meatballs, leaving them on an oven tray. 

In the oven, we set the fire up and down, at 180 degrees and program it for 18 or 20 minutes. After nine or ten minutes, remove the pan and flip the meatballs to ensure they all cook evenly. 

While the meatballs are baking, heat a saucepan in the oven with olive oil and add the onion and the rest of the carrot, both finely chopped. When they begin to be transparent, add the chopped tomatoes and half a glass of white wine. Saute with black pepper, nutmeg and salt, and let it cook over medium heat for five minutes. Next, add half a glass of water, the rest of the chives and the meat stock cube. 

When the meatballs are golden on all sides, remove them from the oven and mix them with the sauce in the same saucepan. Let everything cook together for about five minutes, remove and serve.

Sweet meat dumplings

This recipe will not take you more than 1 hour and a half to prepare and it is the answer for those who are looking for a plate of meatballs for children.

The ingredients for two people are:

  • 2 and a half kg of ripe tomatoes.
  • 1 onion.
  • Sugar.
  • Salt.
  • Green olives without stone.
  • Raisins.
  • 2 Eggs.
  • 800 grams of minced beef.
  • Flour.

To start, wash and finely chop the tomatoes. In a saucepan or saucepan, prepare the tomato sauce. While the tomato sauce is cooking, in a large bowl or container, mix the minced meat well with the raisins, the olives, one egg for every 400 grams of meat, two tablespoons of tomato sauce and one of sugar.
