Preparation

Now, with the help of a wooden paddle, stir everything with gentle circular movements while turning the heat to low for a couple of minutes so that the butter melts. Incorporate both ingredients keeping a constant movement and let it cook for approximately 5 minutes.
At the same time, you can’t stop stirring or take your eyes off it, as the temperature should keep the mixture close to the boiling point, but never quite there. If not, the milk would burn and the cream would spoil.
Continue stirring until you complete the 5 minutes of cooking and you will notice that the milk cream begins to thicken and turn yellow. This is completely normal, due to the integration of the butterfat in the milk.
Mixed
Once the process is finished, take the mixture to the blender and activate it for approximately 3 minutes at low speed or until it turns a lighter color. If you don’t have a blender handy to make the recipe, you can also mix the cream with a hand mixer.
Storage
To finish the recipe, you must pour the milk cream into a glass container previously sterilized with hot water and that has its respective airtight lid. Take it to the fridge for at least 5 hours and your homemade milk cream will be ready.
