  • 2 chicken breast fillets.

To start, leave the brown rice in water for 3-4 hours. Next, chop the onion very finely and fry in a frying pan with hot oil, when it starts to become transparent, add hot water and season with salt to taste. Right after the water, add the rice and turn up the heat until it boils. When it starts to boil, lower the heat and add the peeled garlic.

While the rice is cooking, cut and clean the broccoli. You can have the broccoli cooked along with the rice or cook it separately. If you decide to do it together with the rice, it will have more flavor, but you will have to add a little more water. When it starts to boil, lower the heat to a minimum, cover the pot and let it cook for 15 or 20 minutes, until there is no water left.

Take the opportunity to cook the chicken, cut it into strips and sauté it in a pan with hot oil. To finish, you will have to cook the sautéed chicken together with the rest and add the pepper to taste.
