4 large potatoes
4 carrots
2 cloves of garlic
extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
The day before you are going to cook, soak the chickpeas in water containing 1% salt and at least three times the weight of the legumes, to facilitate the process when you need to soften them.
Clean all the meats and bones that you are going to use in the recipe well, to prevent them from affecting the aesthetics of the food, as well as getting rid of impurities. Place the chicken, veal, bacon and ham in a large saucepan with water over the heat, until it boils.
Once cooked, transfer the pieces to a pressure cooker and add clean water along with the previously hydrated chickpeas and season with salt. Activate the equipment until it reaches a high pressure for approximately 10 minutes and then turn it off and let it cool.
On the other hand, you can advance the preparation of the vegetables, cutting them into pieces, and when the pressure cooker can be opened, include these elements together with the black pudding and chorizo. 150 grams of chickpeas
1 clove garlic
5 grams of chopped parsley
1 jet of olive oil
1 pinch of Paprika

½ red bell pepper
½ white onion

Preparation
Soak the chickpeas in water overnight and when you are ready to cook them, put them in a pot of boiling water for about 40 minutes or until they soften. When the chickpea can be easily crushed, it will be cooked. Now, put the boiled chickpeas in a food processor along with the salt, pepper and olive oil, to mix them until they reach a homogeneous texture.
Meanwhile, in a frying pan, begin to fry the pepper together with the garlic and onion in a little olive oil. When they are cooked, add salt and pepper to taste to season. Let everything sit until it reaches room temperature.

Preparation

250 grams of chickpeas
40 grams of sausage
60 grams of bacon
3 potatoes
1 onion
2 tomatoes
60 grams of green onion

1 teaspoon of oregano
2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
To save time, we advise you to chop all the vegetables into small pieces in advance, as well as to have soaked the chickpeas the day before and made it easier for them to soften when cooked.
Take a large pot and pour the chickpeas together with water, to boil them for approximately 45 minutes. Do the same with the potatoes in a different pot, until they soften enough.
Separately, in a food processor, place the previously chopped tomato and onion together with the garlic. Mix everything very well and then cook it in a pan with olive oil, seasoning to taste. Also add the oregano with the white wine and wait for everything to integrate.

6. Chickpeas with minced meat

Ingredients:
300 grams of cooked chickpeas
1 clove garlic
200 grams of minced meat
1 onion
2 tomatoes
1 bay leaf
1 pinch of thyme
1 pinch of salt

Preparation

Ingredients:
300 grams of chickpeas
120 grams of onion
1 clove garlic
1 bunch of coriander
1 bunch of fresh parsley
1 pinch of ground pepper
100 grams of chickpea flour
5 grams of chemical yeast
10 grams of ground cumin
Salt to taste
Preparation
Put the chickpeas to soak in water at least 24 hours before preparing the recipe, since they must be hydrated. When you’re ready to use them, drain them completely to get rid of excess water and place them directly into the blender jar.
In turn, also add the coriander, garlic, onion, cumin and ground parsley. Turn on the equipment and wait for everything to be completely shredded. Once finished, turn off the blender to add salt, pepper, chemical yeast and chickpea flour, taking care to reserve a little for later. Mix everything again until it is homogeneous and take it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
