We will start by preparing the teriyaki sauce, for which you will need to pour some ingredients into a clean and dry saucepan: sugar, soy sauce, sake (rice wine), takara mirin (known sweet low-alcohol wine) and ginger. All of them should be mixed gently until they are completely integrated, while they are heated on the stove over high heat, for an approximate period of three minutes. Now it is time to prepare the chicken breasts. To do this, you have to remove any trace of fat from the pieces and then divide them into pieces, trying to make the cubes medium in size.
